Infuriating disconnection issue

Not sure if this would be the correct place, but there's this common issue (that not only I've experienced but also seen other people, including randoms, experience) that randomly (so without high ms) disconnects and then continously reconnects players, it's not only bloody infuriating to dc and reconnect over and over again but also bloodboiling to hear "summoner has disconnected/reconnected" over and over. If anything I think you should warn players that there's an issue with some players' connection, causing them to dc/rc over and over again, or you know, fix the bloody issue, whatever it is.

PS: No, it is not just my connection, it happens with normal ms, is bloody infuriating, and as mentioned earlier happens to random people too, not only the ones i play with, everyone who's this happened to is reasonably equally confused and angered by the phenomenon.
