@Riot Let Us Gift Ourselves

Recently during worlds you have been able to gift a skin with the legendary multiplier added. I have this routine where a friend and myself will each gift eachother random skins back and forth. The legendary multiplier was great, we both got rather rare awesome skins! All I want to know is why can't we either send a gift to ourselves or have the option to unlock a mystery skin for 490rp anytime we want? (I believe they allowed you to for a short period of time a few months ago) It makes sense, I like the thrill of not knowing what skin I will be getting and the possibility of unlocking rare or valuable ones. but when my friends run out of RP and can no longer send gifts I would like the option to unlock one for myself. Thoughts or a reply back to why we don't have this option?

I always do it when I can, I've gotten a lot of retired and legacy skins that way. I wish we always have the option, because although I do gift a lot of friends-- hardly anyone ever gifts back.

We have this option from time to time, but not always.

They occasionally do this. If you like to do it a lot, you could just create a smurf account to gift your main.
