Pool Party Miss Fortune: Legendary Pool Party Skin

So I found some fan artwork of Pool Party Miss Fortune that's REALLY similar to what I had in mind...

Other than the summer outfit (which would be replaced by a bikini of the same blue color), this had all of the other appearance ideas I had in mind.

Bikini would be a modest bottom, tied at both sides just above the hips. Top would be two modest triangles, leading up to being tied around the neck with a band all the way around her rib cage.

Particle/sfx changes would be as follows:

  • Globs of Water for Auto attacks
  • Love Tap would become two water drops, angled to look like an upside-down heart. Splash SFX
  • Make it Rain would be water drops with a puddle on the ground, with a shower SFX
  • Double Up Failure would sound like a low splash or spill
  • Strut would use suns instead of hearts
  • Bullet Time would use tidal waves, with similar SFX
  • Strut Active would make the water tanks glow blue instead of Green.

PLEASE! This would be a perfect Pool Party skin with a curvaceous humanoid female in a bikini to go along with Lifeguard Sivir!

I prefer the summer outfit. Riot themselves said they don't want Pool Party skins to be 'here's a female in a bikini' and call it Pool Party. Because:
