Or they could negate it from people in your friends list making it only possible from players who you do not queue up with. Just a thought.

What would keep people from just honoring everyone possible? Adding IP into the mix just increases the net amount of IP drastically.

I don't honor people who don't deserve it personally. I usually honor for exemplary sportsmanship and friendliness on a team. Regardless of winning or losing. But that's just me. If people act like immature a-holes then they get reports not honor even if I am on the winning side.
