Some skins are dissapointing

Why is it some skins recall animations are just them sitting there? Like for instance, Arclight Varus. I own him and compared to the arclight Vayne, the recall animation is very bad. It's just him standing there, and i've noticed some of the other skins are like that too. Just thinking that should be changed. :)

The older skins, and also the cheaper ones, don't have recall animations. I think it would be nice if everything DID have a recall animation, but Riot's pretty dang busy doing other stuff.
