Riot, can we have another stealth champion?

In the age of Evelyyn, I know stealth seemed pretty op. But other games ( dota, HotS) have stealth people. Why can we not have a stealth with a major set back? In HotS, you can actually see them, but just barely. Maybe you could make it so they have a setback like not being able to cloak off an ability, but their passive is where it comes from, and it only happens every ten seconds. I really enjoy the kind of play style stealth offers. Please and thank you.

Edit: I do not like Evelynn's sight range for stealth because it eliminates being able to sneak past people.
