I have 1 thing to say about new 750 skins
They change the abilities a little, except for the Syndra one, yet Chosen Master Yi gets his auto attack sound changed and his e color changed!?!?

Chosen Master Yi was part of the rework which all of his skins received bonuses. He was also originally released at a time when skins like Leprechaun Veigar's E change was fairly new.
Keep in mind that when champs get a VU,their skins usually get an update too and said update usually puts these skins above their usual price class.
I mean look at Phantom karthus,the skin still costs 390rp,despite the fact that it now gives Karthus a completely new model. It is like a 750-skin that you can get for 390.
The only exception to this seem to be legendary retired skins,since neither firefighter tristana,nor alien invader heimerdinger are comparable to the current legendary skins.
You can't compare the new 750s to older skins as they didn't really follow an outline back then. There are quite a few 520s out there that even have special effects but this was long before they made a strict list of everything each skin tier contains.

They broke the mold with the new Samsung White skins (two of them are not 750RP). They could have easily made let say Syndras and Ezreals skins 975RP with just the inclusion of recalls and different ability animations.
