Dragonblade Riven is a nerf

All of the attack animations, skill animations, ult cast time, and windslash delay make the skin so bad. After one game I could tell all my skills got slower. Speed up all the animations to be on par with the classic and other skins, please. This skin is just such a nerf. Evryone can see what I'm gonna do and I can't 100-0 people fast with the skin.
