Suggestion: Option to have the HUD on top when on red team

I just wanted to make a suggestion that there be a check box for players so they can have their HUD at the top of the screen while on red team.

I find visibility to be better every time I play on blue, and I think it's entirely because the HUD is covering up the most important part of the play area when I'm on red. It feels like a simple QOL change that could be easily added to the game.
