Pol - The Demacian Prodigy

Catch Phrase: "Justice shows no Mercy!"

Passive – Courageous Resolve** [Rework IV]**

**Pol is a stance assassin that utilizes 2 Resources: Mercy and Judgment: ** **Mercy and Judgment.

Mercy is a Status Effect that causes Pol to do less damage to an enemy. Judgment is a Status Effect that makes enemies more vulnerable to Pol's Attacks, and buffs his attacks.** ** When Mercy is active it appears in his resource bar. When Judgment is active it as well shows up in his resource bar.**

How its Calculated: Enemies who's Percent of HP loss is more than the Percent of HP loss of Pol's gain stacks of Mercy up to a maximum of 100 stacks. Pols' skills casted near this enemy will deal less damage. Enemies who's Percent of HP loss is less than the Percent of HP loss of Pol's lose stacks of Mercy at a minimum of 0.9 stacks. Pol's skills are empowered near this enemy.

**Q - True Smite ** [Rework II] Mercy - On activation, his basic attack dealing bonus magic damage and marks the enemy for 2 seconds.

Judgment- On activation, his next basic attack marks the enemy for 2 seconds. After he vanishes and meteors down at their current dealing magic damage.

**W - - ** Verdict of Light [Rework III]

Mercy Passive: Pol only fires one bolt. Judgment Passive- If an Enemy is marked by Pol, Pol fires 5 bolts. This skill will start from the end of the skill shot and seek out that enemy until it his for 2 seconds. Each Bolt that hits deals -10% less from each bolt.

Pol points in a direction, and from the sky comes falling bolts of Light from the sky that pierce enemies for magic damage.

E - Jury Stance** [Rework III]**

Passive Pol can activate this ability to switch between stances: Mercy Stance and Judgment Stance. Mercy Stance: Utilizes Mercy. Judgment Stance: Empowers Versions of Pol's abilities.

Active - Pol can target an Enemy Champion and consume their Mercy and changes his resource to Judgment adding the consumed Mercy to Judgment. While active the target cannot gain Mercy for 3.5s while this stance can only be maintained for 3.5s. If Pol kills the target with Judgement, He can cast this skill again for 3 seconds.

R - Redemption Strike [Rework I] Passive: Can only be used on an enemy with Judgment.

Pol gains the ability to make his next strike do tremendous physical damage + Redemption Stacks. **Redemption stacks are gained each time a nearby enemy dies and are consumed each time this skill is used and = to 25% of the physical damage of this skill x Stack. **

When the skill is activated he says, "Justice never Forgets!" When he strikes he yells "DEMACIA!"

Can't work out if this is a troll post or just a very poorly balanced champion concept...

Ok not gunna reply to the whole thing, but I have read it. First off the passive sounds much better. Write it that way to avoid confusion. Second he has 3 engages, 1 that makes him untargetable, the other that places him the other side of his enemy. Pick one. I'd suggest the latter as the former sound less important. Thirdly it's the true damage on his ability when combined with is ult. Remove this and it might be better. Lastly if you want him to be hyperscaling then you need to give up a lot elsewhere. Nasus has a crap early game, as does veigar and he is also squishy as hell, Sion is immobile and rengar has such a bad clear be has to rush tiamat and even then is squishy and scales poorly into the late game (so bad early and late tbh).

Pol seems to do well early with 2 engages, his passive and true damage to make him a bully (add conqueror for insanity, then also hyperscaling into the mid/late game. He's not really squishy, so about all he is missing is a little waveclear...
