Ethereal Talon

Just picture him looking like Jace beleren with a cape like the Angels wings in Diablo 3. When he tosses out his rake it throws out the beams from his cape and works the same way with his ult. When he jumps to someone it's more like a smoky teleport. I'm sure you can imagine his Q.
