Olaf Rework Idea

Olaf is very strong and very straight forward. However, I feel as if he gets kited easy; Despite the fact he ignores CC on ulting. Olaf doesn't really keep up with mobile, hyper carries anymore and I'd like for him to be updated.

Berserker Rage Passive: Olaf's attack speed is increased by 1% for each 1% of his health he is missing. (Unchanged)

Precise Flailing Q: Active: Olaf goes for a double strike on all enemies in the way. He strikes forward and then half swings around with such force that Olaf slows them for x amount for x second. Olaf inches forward with each strike.

W: Passive: Olaf has increased healing from all sources. Active: Olaf will throw his axes at a target location, dealing damage to enemies they pass through, applying a bleed. He then gains increased movement speed and runs with his head down towards that location and will stun the first enemy champion hit.

Reckless Leap 'Health Cost' E: Active: Olaf leaps to target location, dealing true damage wherever he lands to all enemies hit and to himself. Killing the target refunds the health lost to cast Olaf's Reckless Leap.

Blood lust R: Active: Olaf gains a large decaying health shield and immunity to CC for a short duration. If Olaf's blood lust is not quenched within x amount of time and an enemy champion does not die within this time limit since Blood lust was activated, he will be slowed by 70% for x amount of time due to exhaustion. If Olaf kills an enemy champion while Blood lust is activated, the duration is extended and he gains an amount of permanent health based off of every 1% health he'smissing.

Years back Riot mentioned they would never implement abilities that could be used to kill yourself. Everything else is very interesting. Good work.
