I don't know if I'm going to finish this, but goddamn does Veigar need a VU. And while you're at it, a rework too. Get on it rito.

He doesn't need a rework, he just needs his rage cage to be less obnoxious to cast (the bottom wall coming first, followed by the sides and top).
I will not argue against a VU, because I'd like a reason to use my Leprechaun skin over Final Boss.

Veigar doesn't need a rework, but he does need a VU. Pretty low priority though, IMO.
