Mejnir, the Swarm of Shurima

This champ is a simple design with a hopefully a really cool kit!!!

Mejnir is not a person, but a swarm of ferocious insects, I think how the Lore will probably go is...

When Rek'Sai RekSai channeled herself and went into shurima, she exploded releasing a ton of VOID Magic, this magic infected a poor little swarm a little flying insects. The Swarm, with this new-found, seemingly limitless magic became sentient, hive-minded and very powerful and hunted the land of Shurima until they wandered themselves out of Shurima and around Zaun where they went rampant killing hundreds of people when they were caught, they were sentenced to the League of Legends. The aftermath of the attack on Zaun shocked the folk were they named the Swarm "Mejnir" after the ancient word Predator.

Now Mejnir though simple can be messed up easily, its design is a kind of like a black cloud of grain, its a swarm of pretty small insects they melt together and form objects kind of like those fish in Finding Nemo http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lb0y2b1wVP1qakrdzo1_500.gif ^^^^Yeah like those guys^^^^

Playstyle: Assassin/AP Tank Melee

When Auto Attacking Mejnir will turn into several shapes such as a giant fist, sword, gun, knife, etc.

Passive: Swarm Growth Part 1: After all Mejnir is only as strong the numbers they have so attacking loses some your strength as you lose insects Abilities ONLY cost a portion of your health Part 2: Powerful Void magic slowly multiplies the swarm of insects making the swarm grow in size they long Mejnir is fighting Every minute Mejnir gains a stack that increases the damage of its basic abilities by a portion of his Maximum AP (.10%)

Q: Sting Shot 8% of current health Mejnir launches a small portion out of itself dealing damage (30/70/100/150/220 (+.60% AP) (+Swarm Growth Stack))) to the first enemy unit hit then leaves the same portion as a separate warm dealing damage per second (5/15/40/70/100 +.10% AP) to all enemy unit that walk into it and lasts for 5 seconds.

W: Deadly Trail 5% of current health Mejnir buzzes to target location dealing damage (40/80/120/150/200 (+.80% AP) (+Swarm Growth Stack))) If the target is standing in a separate swarm they target is silenced for 1.5 seconds.

E: Drilling Stingers - Mejnir can store 3 charges of this ability, Think of it like Azirs soldiers auto attacks Azir 5% of current health Mejnir shoots its stingers in a drill form dealing damage (60/90/120/150/180 (+.75 %AP) (+Swarm Growth Stack))) If the target is standing in a separate swarm, the swarm consumes itself and target enemies take all the remaining damage of the separate swarm. If target has already been hit by a Drilling Stingers the BASE DAMAGE of the ability is reduced by 30%

R: Exploding Venom 15% of maximum health Mejnir bursts damage (150/250/350 (.50% AP) (+Swarm Growth Stack))) in a cone in front of it, the venom sticks itself on all enemy units and if the target stands still for 2 seconds the venom hardens and snares all the targets for 1.5 seconds.

Thats the kit, Leave all suggestions and upvote if you like it! Think about it, you can have so many skins, Lightening Bugs, Mosquitos, Spiders with wings ;)? so much potential for the skins.

The champion is quite strange. For someone who uses health on not only abilities but also basic attacks, the champion has no inbuilt sustain. This is rather bad. Makes him quite weak. He would lose his laning phase just by last hitting.

The abilities are kinda strange. Sure, the leftover pudle on the ground is pretty cool and all with the interactions, but the champion is just damage. Q - damage, w - damage and gapcloser/escape, E - damage, R - damage. The snare aspect of R seems rather silly. If the enemy stands still? Nobody is going to stand still for that long on their own, so naturally they would be stunned by someone else, but that means they are already CC'ed, so this is basically a win-more ability. The second half of the passive is really broken as well. Each minute you get 10% scaling on your abilities, this means that by minute 20 you have 200% scaling on all your abilities, and by minute 30, each of you abilities might as well be a Katarina ultimate.

I like the swarm idea but the champ itself needs more work.
