Oeuvre, The Inspiring Imagination

I Had a idea some time ago last year about a champ I thought would be pretty cool. sadly I have only in working art of him not done (for some time) but the idea is he's a 12 year old boy, also has a man around the ago of 50's and a dinosaur with him (get to that in a sec). (not the best speller also might leave a few thing out sorry still working on it.
Lore: Born in a town that had no name was formed by that of people of Demacia and Noxus, who in which had no hate for each other but hated the fact of the war that contested time of both city-states even now it grows to a point where they had to leave so many in working with each other did. Years passed and day a boy was born his parents, mother of Noxus and a father of Demacia. Both where happy of there new born and named him Oeuvre, in that he would be the foundation of a new hope for the land of that one day the war would finely end. As he grew up he he started to show weird signs of power never before seen in Valoran and that the other kids never had. He didn't have many friends while many went out to play he would just stay inside and draw, read and listen to the stories of his mother and father. The town was amazing things everyone was happy, sadly it didn't last that long. On his eleventh birthday he was given two stories. One story was about a sheriff of a town with a blue drench coat and long black and blue hat and strange eye piece. he would always save the town from the bad men who wanted to hurt its people and the animals that all lived there and when he won he would always say NEVER COME BACK YOULLA HEAR ME! FOR I AM THE SHERIFF OF THIS TOWN! he was amazing. And the other book about a lizard some kind of giant one! who only wanted a friend to be with. He was alone because of how small he was everything looked down at him and no one could hear him crying. But as he grew up he became bigger and bigger till he was the biggest around. One day there was a flood and all the other lizards where getting carried away he knew he had to do something he rushed in. He got all the other lizards to safety and everyone looked up to him that day as a hero and a friend and that day to the lonely Tiny had friends and called him Tiny the Dinosaur! After my mother was done reading the new stories,a large boom went off, people screaming... running out side my father and mother checked out what happened and saw a large army attacking us they had no idea who they where but whore Black and red amour. My father went to help the people but my mother stopped him they look at each other and then he left and my mother came back for me and got me up grabbed my hands and we fled. Everything was Red and flashing such as if my world was ending in vast aray of colors.... and sadly in a instant..... a cannon ball hit us. I wake up hurt but still intact my mother no where to be seen or my father I was crying for them inthis pile of burnt wood and the smell of smoke and blood... then I heard a few voices and ran to them but sadly to my luck more bad news Bad people who i thought to be that army attacking us but was instead where slave traders that where from Bilgewater and are capturing anyone alive and to weak, why where they here i thought and how. But i was seen after that and ran but weaken my self couldn't go far and they got me easy. A year had gone by...me I was a slave for them in some camp who knows where, always working night day I felt so weak i could die. I had nothing else I given up, I had nothing left my family all gone, friends, my home all gone. That night I had been given a break for a new group of slave has come in. In that cell I remembered today was my birth day I'm 12 now but what was the point of it. I was all alone nothing left to live for, I couldn't stop crying to many sad memory's then one came to mind. The last story's that i was told by my mother about the man in blue Sheriff and Tiny the Dinosaur. I remembered them well, every detail even down to the way they looked and acted. I even remembered the last good thing my mother told me before it happened she told me .... When ever you need a friend Tiny will be there to comfort you. When ever you are scared and need help even in the most of despite of times Sheriff would be there for you. I had little energy and hope but the stories are all I had left in this place. I was all of throws things i had little left of hope so i thought my mother would never lie, i couldn't stop crying but i had a little hope now.
So with the last of my energy and faith I screamed with all my heart and air with my very soul everything i had left I screamed at the top of my lungs............ SHERIFF, TINY PLEASE SAVE ME!!!!!! At the time the whole camp could hear me and the all the other slaves, and Guards, and traders. One of my guards in my cell block got up to my cell looking pissed for waking him. It look like he was gonna hit me more and more with bad thing the way he always did but.....I felt shaking like the world was awake and mad and then a might roar then in a instant. CLASH, THUD, BOOM.... The roof of my cell was gone and the guard looked up in fear and shaked. Then was sent flying so was the rest of my cage.... I saw them, they where here just like my mom said i know it she would never lie!
Then Sheriff held out his hand and said. Need help my boy, also Tiny behind him let out a might roar!!! I took his hands then I said, TIME TO HELP THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Yes, said Sheriff and Tiny. (In a Roar for Tiny)
Hope you liked the story now to there abilities... (still working on the story needs some fixes and some kinks to work out)
Passive. Family!!! Oeuvre gives power to his family 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% over a time of 5 minutes each on the field and adds up your bonus AD, AP, MR, and Amour to them. Second effect- when one of your family members die you go in to a rage gaining 20% of your bonus stats in all your stats for 5 seconds.
Q. Headache ------- Hurts the targets mind by forcing painful images in there head damaging them over time by 2.50 seconds which slows them for 20% and if the target uses any abilities (passives don't count) in this time slow gets stronger by 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% added (AP-20 ratio) time Dmg 20/25/30/35/40 on base cast on target, after base the ability deals (AD ratio 35) 20/30/40/50/60 Dmg that lasts 2.50 seconds. mana cost:60/65/70/75/100 range 650 cooldown 8/7.5/7/6.5/6
W. Sheriff/Tiny Oeuvre summons his family to aid him. Summons Sheriff or Tiny at random 50/50 chance (one of them is summoned the other is summoned next time) only one of them can be on the field at once (cant use after one is out) takes one second to summon them to the field. ( combine with your passive making players value his family to never let them die and grow stronger together.) Mana cost 80/90/100/110/120 range--300 cooldown 40/35/30/25/20
E. Oeuvre has no e but e is unlocked when you get w (or) passive effect Oeuvre has no idea of his power. But some leaks out, part of it while he near friendly minions or monsters on his side they get a buff called friendship, when Oeuvre is attacked they will instantly aggro on that person attacking him for 4/5/6/7/8 sec (refreshes every few seconds)
Sheriff E. High Noon---------- He challenges his target to a duel (opponent cant say no!) both Sheriff and his target take double Dmg from each other for 6 seconds who ever did the most dmg will get there next auto attack or spell to ignore Amour or Mr. (only base Dmg counts or one of them dies) (counts to Oeuvre for the win effect also) No cost range- 1000 cooldown 18/16/14/12/10
Tiny E. FETCH-------- Oeuvre throws a stick and Tiny goes to get it every target in the path get crushed if under him get hit for (AD ratio 50) 75/80/85/90/95 and and are stunned for 0.20 seconds if on the side of tiny take half the Dmg and are knocked to the side for 0.50. He also comes back and if hit both ways from the center point (take no Dmg) Tiny fetches your opponent instead of the stick. no cost range 750 cooldown 19/17/15/13/11 speed 905
R. FAMILY CHARGE! or FAMILY REUNION---- Oeuvre calls all his family to help him (all his imaginations) takes 2.50 seconds to charge. Summons at the start of a lane (where the rift platform meets the green landscape) (and can choose which lane to attack) A army forms of strange things only seen in a kids imagination (leading the army Tiny or Sheriff) (ends at the other platform on the enemy teams side) (Can't hurt turrets) charges down a lane hitting everything that wishes to harm Oeuvre (no collision) (also passive stacks with this for how long your current family member has been out on the field) hits the targets for (AD ratio 80) 250 size the whole lane (but cant hit in the jungle or in brushes in lane) (AP ratio 40) mana cost 120/140/160 (base size 400 units strait) speed 600/800/1000 cooldown 160/140/120
Base stat line----- Oeuvre base AD 44 plus 4 each lvl, attack speed 0.60 plus o.04 each time lvl, AM 27 plus 3 each lvl, Mr 23 plus 2 each lvl, attack range 535
Sheriff AD 42, attack speed 0.40, AM 30, MR 28, attack range 575
Tiny AD 48, attack speed 0.58, AM 35, MR 40, Melee range 175
This is my take on a AD mage yes an AD mage i thought it would be cool to see some one like this that scales hard with ad but a little of AP also. AD's aren't seen as much of a mage but with the Mordekaiser rework i saw i think a champion like this could work at this point and add some fresh new thing in LOL. It would start maybe a new group of champs that break the fine line of the meta or add a twist.
