Talons Blades are Invisible

Played a game on the 12/29/15 against a talon but while we where in lane I kept getting hit but saw nothing but Talon throwing his arm out. I asked my team mates and they said the something his ult was alright but its like back when Niddle spears did the same thing.
Plz Riot the unseen blade are Zeds thing.
