Permanent Bilgewater themed Client event concept
Ok so the reason this being permanent is , the event visits the Client from time to time exactly 4 times a week with a 4 hour duration , so other events can happen ( for example the harrowing ) while you can access the bilgewater event when it is available via clicking a visible icon in the client on your own , the event info are as follows ( from this point on , i will be pretty creative to give example of the initial mechanics of how this event works and can be further updated in the future)
Currency : 50 silver serpents = 1 golden kraken
The Tavern : so everytime the event is online ( for exactly 4 hours ) you can click the icon present in the League Client to access the Bilgewater Tavern . while inside , there will be bilgewater themed background music ( but not too loud ) also , while inside the tarvern you will have pretty linear array of options to click from in the upper left side of the screen to choose what you want to do while inside .
cloaked Tavern merchant ( Store option ) : upon clicking you would be able to access the store and your current silver serpent and golden kraken currency . store contents are as follows ( store contents will also be updated and new deals will be constantly added to roster )
price: 30 silver serpents = " Ore shark harverster's insight " : gain 25% more blue essence for 8 games and 3 disenchants ( can be bought/stacked
2 more times for a 75% more blue essence but retains the same amount of games and disenchants , total price = 1 golden kraken and 40 silver serpents )
price : 6 golden kraken = " Millenia Fin's pulsating core " : gain 250% more EXP for 5 wins
price : 300 golden kraken = " Dread Pearl " : permanently gain the option during champ select to infect the champ you've currently locked in with , changing the champion's appearance and turning it into a temporary skin of the " Black Leg " variety , an elusive bilgewater crew that once towered over every tyrant in bilgewater . skin color theme : Jet black with shadow particles and waves of Gold in the tips and end of the outfit ( examples : black leg GP , black leg kled , black leg kayne , black leg lulu etc. ) this skin is available only in the tavern store and cannot be purchased via RP

" tavern chat room and trading " : may it be you lost a bet or you just feel generous , you can trade silver serpents and golden krakens with other players present in the chat room for skin favors , for RP , or if they owe you one after losing a bet or a game etc. ( all that shady stuff )
" The Hunt " : just like how bilgewater works in runaterra , the average folk would either be out harpoonin big games in the oceans to be harvested in the slaughter docks or laying massive traps and other methods to catch fishes and sharks in a less hazardous way for meager silver serpents , while the other folks choose to stay in the taverns enjoying drinks and stories while also providing catharsis for themselves from the horrors outside the tavern . it is the same with the Hunt , ONLY during the 4 hour duration event you can either trade and chat or purchase inside the tavern or enjoy blind pick and draft pick with added bilgewater themes that nets you silver serpents or even a lucky Golden kraken . the added features are as follows
- bilgewater crazed minion : this minion has been too much obsessed with bilgewater , every 4 waves it will spawn ( 1 for each lane ) .
what it does and stats : this minion has 2 times the HP of a normal melee minion , passes through units and walks in a zig zag while
it is traversing a lane , it wont attack or siege a turret but the moment a turret fires at this minion it will swipe the turret shot with its
small dagger effectively negating it as it gains 25 % movement speed and immediately head towards the nearby river to hunt
for scuttle crabs , and will continue to roam the rivers while waiting for scuttles to spawn .
bilgewater crazed minions only spawn 3 times in 1 game , killing 1 will net you 3 silver serpents
while killing a scuttle crab will net you 1 silver serpent , winning a blind pick or draft pick game will also net you 5 - 10 silver serpents
depending how well you did in a game
- ranked game boons : for sure League of Legends urges and encourages a summoner to test their mettle and improve in ranked games ,
so winning ranked during the " Hunt " will net you 7 - 15 silver serpents instead , but there will be no bilgewater themed stuff
while playing a ranked game and you will still gain LP normally along with silver serpents
- golden Sc-AU-ttle : these reclusive privileged scuttles somehow took a liking in golden krakens and refuse to eat or nibble on anything
other than that , turning their bodies in pristine gold .
- has only 3 % chance to appear in the river during a game , has 25% more HP than a normal scuttle
- will gain damage immunity for 1.5 secs , ( has a 12 second cooldown )
- is immune to smite
- nets you 1 golden kraken
