Christmas Spirit Nocturne!

I'm not sure if this has ever been brought up before but I was wondering if you ritoers could make a Christmas Spirit Nocturne skin! Something similar to the 3rd spirit(spirit of the future) from the Scrooge. His E could create chains to him and the enemy. His Q can cut a portal to the future or something as it travels forward(not sure how that would work but sounds awesome). His ult would probably be the best as it would make a snowy weather effect. Since christmas is coming up in a few months, I was just wondering if you guys could make something like this :D
