When is URF coming back?

I know I'm going to be downvoted for this but I was wondering when it was coming back? I never got to play it when it came back April 2015 so I've been really wanting to play it again. Is it coming back April 2016? Is it possible we could remotely have it as a permanent gamemode? I know some people might argue and say, "that'll ruin the fun and spirit of URF, it needs to be an exclusive once a year thing!", but I think the people who want to play it should play it and whoever wants to keep it fun should play at their own pace. But my original question was when it was coming back in the first place, so any thoughts?

It was made as an April Fools joke so it will remain as an April Fools joke. Having it now would practically be like having the Pool Party event now.

A good idea they might consider is having another alternate game mode always playable aside from ARAM. Just throw them in a rotation. 1 alternate a month, its better than one every now and then. It'll also give Riot freedom to try out more game modes more frequently.
