New matchmaking system
This matchmaking system isnt that bad,but i hate when someone decline or leave while champ picking,riot should add when u leave champ select to wait 20 minutes for next game.

personal opinion here but i agree with you for everything nut ranked in fact i think the punishment system should be more lenient when it comes to people dodging in ranked cuz its annoying when people dodge but its far worse when theres a troll on the team and you have to deal with that for 15-35 mins instead of waiting another 2-3 mins. now dont get me wrong it should be just as harsh or more on people who go afk in game
I think what Riot should do is give you a freebie for the first one (tbh, the first one could be chalked up to "technical difficulties" in most cases anyway, with this bugged-to-hell client) the second one give you 2 minutes, the 3rd give you 5, and THEN jump it to like 20. I'd also make the first one a no-loss on LP, the 2nd and third only a small (like 5 LP) loss, and a significant loss after 4+. Once you get past 3 dodges (within their "per day" timeframe) you're either having significant technical difficulties that you need to assess before trying to play, or you're just causing horrible queue timers from being a pain about champ select.
