Old == Stats +400 health Passive Unique: Ward Refresh - Holds 5 charges and refills upon visiting the shop. Active Unique: Ghost Ward - Consumes a charge to place a Sight Ward, Stealth Ward that reveals the surrounding area for 3 minutes. A player may only have 3 Stealth Wards on the map at one time.

Active Unique: Banshee Ward - Consumes a charge to place a Sight Ward, Stealth Ward that reveals the surrounding area for 3 minutes. Wards placed alarm if they view an enemy, giving sight of them for the next 5 seconds. A player may only have 3 Stealth Wards on the map at one time.

no i have a better idea

new== stats +399 hp passive unique: ward refresh- holds 5 charges and refills upon visiting the shop active unique: kill on sight - consumes a charge to place a sight ward, stealth ward that reveals the surrounding area for 3 minutes. wards placed alarm if they view an enemy and immediately kill the enemy champion(s) revealed by the ward. Note: if teemo is seen by the ward, teemos passive will be disabled for the remainder of the game and teemo gets a special 10 minute death timer.

I think 5 seconds is a lot of sight on an opponent for walking through the jungle.

That's not really the change that it needs. I appreciate your willingness to share, but I think it would destroy balance in a big way.

Not a good change; but it needs a change. No reason to upgrade right now until you just have extra cash late game.
