Frame Freezing and skips on new map
not sure if its been reported before. But on the new summoners rift map I often experience frame freezing and skipping with no impact on my fps or ping.

Hey man IDK if this will help but it worked out for me. Get ccleaner and just clean your registry as well defragment your hardrive or soemthing like that. it works lolo
