Will Talon get a new skin soon, despite lack of VU?

Some time ago, I remember reading a Rioter mentioning one of the reasons Talon doesn't receive a lot of skins is his model and rig. Now, considering he isn't getting a full VGU in this roster update, does this mean we won't be getting any skins either?

Cause it kinda sucks having no original skin idea being applied to your favorite champion in over 4 years. I don't count SSW Talon as an actual Riot chosen and developed skin, as it was requested by Pawn. It's definitely an amazing skin and arguably his best, but it's just not as satisfying as something that the Riot Skin team came up with on their own. I'd love to see things like Soul Stealer Talon, Project would also seem great. Just something new guys, please.
