Stats: Health - 25% Attack - 90% Magic - 75% Difficulty - 100%

Class: Primary - Marksman Secondary - Assassin

Abilities: Passive - Arsenal of Order In the shop, Argus has an arsenal of weapons to buy that can modify each of his abilities. Each weapon has it's own ammunition (Replaces mana bar) that depletes as Argus uses them for his basic attacks. He can refill them from the gun shop at a small cost of gold (Let's say 10-50 gold). Each weapon you buy will not occupy any normal item slots

First Ability - Rifles of Justice (50 Gold to refill)

  • Basic (Starter) Clip Size: Bottomless Clips Damage Type: Physical By equipping a basic rifle, Argus's normal basic attacks will have increased range.

  • Three Round Burst (250 gold) Clip Size: 36/144 (180 Total) Damage Type: Physical When Argus buys this Assault Rifle, each basic attacks fires three bullets that attacks two more enemies nearest to the marked target. Each bullet deals independent physical damage and has their own critical strike chance. The range of this attack is the same range as Basic Rifle of Justice.

  • Rapid Fire (500 gold) Clip Size: 100/400 (500 Total) Damage Type: (Physical) This Assault Rifle increases Argus's attack speed. As Argus continues to attack his target, his rifle sprays bullets around the target that deal half the damage to other enemies within range, including structures. It has a lower range than the other weapons, however. It's like Corki's Gatling Gun but it does not penetrate armor without armor penetration items

  • Shotgun (500 Gold) Clip Size: 12/48 (60 Shells Total) Damage Type: Physical This shotgun has the same range as the Rapid Fire Rifle of Justice but has a slow attack speed. But each basic attack is a spread shot which will deal 75% as much damage as the damage dealt to the intended target and can deal critical attacks

  • Long Range Bolt-Action (1000 gold) Clip Size: 8/32 (40 Total) Damage Type: Physical This rifle fires long range heavy caliber rounds that require a very steady aim for a very accurate shot. Argus is required to remain in place before firing. You have have low attack speed to fire each round. (If you think about it, All basic attacks have the champion holding still so as long as the target is in range. Argus remains in place until you move him to another spot. You can't do kiting with this weapon due to the slow attack speed)

Second Ability - Pistol Enforcers (25 Gold to refill) Passive - Dying Bullet Upon Death, Argus brings out his pistol to attack a few more enemies in front of him before dying in 6 seconds

  • Basic Pistol (Starter) Clip Size: Bottomless Clips Damage Type: Physical This pistol has a normal attack range and faster attack speed than the basic rifle

  • Semi-Automatic (50 gold) Clip Size: 15/135 (150 Total) Damage Type: Physical This semi-Automatic weapon doesn't really deal as much damage as the rest of the weapons other than the basic starters, it has a much faster attack speed.

  • Revolver (100 gold) Clip Size: 6/54 (60 Total) Damage Type: Physical The range is as long as the Rapid Fire Rifle of Justice and has attack speed 75% as fast but it deals more damage.

  • Magnum (200 gold) Clip Size: 9/81 (90 Total) Damage Type: Physical and Magic This weapon is especially powerful enough to make strong recoil which means equipping this weapon would mean low attack speed. The attack speed is only half as slow as the Long Range Bolt-Action and you are able to kite with this weapon but it's a short range weapon.

Third Ability - Righteous Throwers (25 Gold to refill) These are throwing type weapons. You can carry up to 6, excluding Righteous Throwing Knife. You have a slow attack speed when it is active.

  • Throwing Knife (Starter) Damage Type: Physical When active, you can throw this weapon at a longer distance (Slightly longer than non-long range rifles) but since it's a lobe projectile, it can be avoided. But if it lands on a target, it will cause the target to bleed out for 4 seconds.

  • Tomahawk (25 Gold) Damage Type: Physical This deals more damage than the Throwing Knife and causes double the amount of bleed out time.

  • Grenade (50 Gold) Damage Type: Magic Once thrown on a spot, the grenade will detonate in 1 second dealing damage to enemies within the explosive raidus

  • Flash Bang (50 Gold) Damage Type: None Not meant to damage targets within the explosive radius but instead blinds and limits their view of the battlefield for 2 seconds.

-Proximity Mine (30 Gold) Damage Type: Magic Argus can plant a mine on a selected area which will detonate once someone moves near it, dealing damage to enemies within the explosive radius. Argus can only place up to 6 mines at once. Each extra one will cause the earliest placed mine to detonate.

Ultimate - Heavy Guns of Judgement (100 Gold to refill) These do not modify your basic attacks upon active. These are attack active type abilities.

  • Mini-gun (Starter) Ammunition: 500 Bullets (No reload) Damage Type: Physical While active, Argus can point the mini-gun at the direction he's firing but he will have low movement speed as he shoots. It has longer range than the Rapid Fire Rifle of Justice but the bullets spread as they go further from firing point.

-Grenade Launcher (1500 gold) Ammunition: 6/18 (24 Grenades Total) Damage Type: Physical and Magic Each grenade that lands will deal more damage upon detonation. Every sixth grenade will slow down the targets around the explosive raidus.

-Rocket Launcher (2000 gold) Ammunition: 1/4 (5 Rockets Total) Damage Type: Physical and Magic It doesn't fire rockets that go as far as Jinx's but it does go far, perhaps as far as Caitlyn's ultimate). It's not really a fast projectile but it can deal a lot of damage to the target it hits and has a large explosive radius, slightly larger than Jinx's rocket but not as big as Zigg's explosives.

Tips: Playing as Argus -

  • There is a variety of weapons to buy in the shop that are more valuable compared to regular items. Try to prioritize buying these weapons first.
  • Do not only stick with one weapon throughout every match. Make sure you learn about the enemy team as you buy your weapons.
  • Argus may have fire power but he doesn't really, have that much armor. Try building some armor or health or use long range weapons to keep distance during team fights if you are only using an offensive build.
  • Reloading weapons can take awhile. Try to find a safe place to hide before you reload your weapon. Otherwise, it is much faster to switch weapons to stay in combat.

Playing against Argus -

  • Look at Argus's weapons to find ways to counter him. Keep an eye on him because he might change his equipment throughout the match
  • Argus is completely vulnerable once he's completely out of ammunition or is in the middle of reloading.
  • Argus is vulnerable when alone. You will have the upper hand upon ambush.

Team Play Synergy -

  • Janna To ensure Argus keeps his distance, Janna can use Monsoon to push the enemies away to give Argus more time to reload and fire.
  • Azir Emperor's Divide is especially a good barricade for Argus to fire from behind while the enemies on the other side can't get to him.
  • Gragas And explosive cask can cause a major mess, a mess that Argus can make use of while keeping away from melee fighters.

Struggles Against -

  • Braum Shields are a big pain when trying to get a good shot at your target. Unbreakable was made to block all incoming projectiles, including every bullet Argus fires. What a waste of ammo.
  • Yasuo Guns don't always beat swords, especially if the wind is blowing strong against the bullet's path. Wind Wall can prevent Argus's bullets from landing hits which is another way to waste ammunition.
  • Rammus Sometimes the best way to waste bullets is to shoot at something that doesn't take much affect. Rammus's Puncturing Taunt and Defensive Ball Curl combination can take tons of bullets shot and Argus has no choice but to use his bullets against a shell.

Lore: This soldier once came from far beyond the seas away from Valoran. He was first found in a ship wreck that had a still functioning armory consisting of weapons too different from the Hextechnology that everyone in Valoran uses today. All of them don't even use magic. Resources and ammunition however were limited so the soldier searched across Valoran to find material to make more ammunition. It caught the attention of the Piltover Government and offered to help the lost soldier out in gathering materials for his limited weapon supply. In exchange, they wanted to know where he came from or who he is. He couldn't tell information about his real name but whoever he works for, they call him by his code name, Argus. He tells them that he came from a Naval Fleet six miles to the North of Valoran that was ambushed by a rival fleet. His ship was the last surviving cruise but it wasn't able to last long enough to remain above the water. He was lucky he manage to survive the wreck when it hit the shores. The rest of his crew weren't as fortunate though.

Argus was eventually hired as a mercenary for Law Enforcement in Piltover. However, more chaos will soon take place around Valoran, especially the rivalry between Demacia and Noxus. Both sides were having a hard time keeping the peace. Some of the people from each city started attempting to sabotage the other city so it became Argus's job to lead a group of mercenaries to keep an eye out for any of these extremists, either kill on sight or have them under military arrest until their home city would release them back to their main residence.

Things started to change as more conflict took place around many other areas around Valoran. But by then, Argus became the independent Soldier of Order and led a company that trained soldiers to fight with weapons that do not require magic. This company known as Agency of Order. It was an independent peace making company, made to resolve conflicts and prevent any more from taking place.

The Agency of Order was a success until many bandits around Valoran all invaded the agency at once, all while stealing weapons from the agency in order to cause chaos and have the world falsely accuse Argus and his company for the damage that will soon be done.

Argus set off to find these bandits and hunt them down and take back the weapons they've stolen. He has authorized his soldiers to kill the bandits on sight and have the weapons and equipment recovered before they cause damage. He is currently undercover as a participant of the League of Legends after he was informed of stolen weaponry sent into the Fields of Justice. Once he recovers those weapons, he will continue to hunt down the bandits before they commit more chaos.

Chaos will soon begin to rise. It's up to Argus to bring them back to Order.

Appearance: Ever since "The Order: 1886" came out, I was interested in the design of the weapons and the main character's uniforms. Here's a picture of four of them, including the main protagonist, Galahad (Who reminds be of Graves because of his mustache) http://gematsu.com/gallery/albums/the-order-1886/october-23-2013/The-Order-1886_2013_10-23-13_018.jpg

PandaWhistle had a similar idea of a rifleman type champion only Panda's idea was for a female champion. I'd like to see a male rifleman. I feel we need more guy gunners excluding Corki since he uses a helicopter as a primary weapon. Read the rest of Panda's champion, Victoria here. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/zrPAse1y-victoria-constable-of-the-night

I like the Idea of having to reload, but I'm not sure if Riot would go for it. Maybe instead you can attain special bullets through getting charges from Kills, Assists, and/or Big Minion/Big Monster Kills. This is your resource bar, your charges. You have basic attacks, then abilities, which cost special ammo. Ammo can be replenished over time to, but it is rather slow. When you visit the shop, your stacks refill to a limit. About to 50/100. In order to gain 100, you need to do additional things. You don't lose charges over time, but your charges do reset, either to 50/100 if you are 70 or lower. If you are 71 or higher, it resets it to 70.

I really do like the idea, I'm just not sure how the limited ammo would play out in SR.
