Evelynn (Maybe buffing her would bring her to life)

I think that maybe adding some life to the Evelynn would make her a lot better. I was hinking that they could make the range of her passive shrink to 20% less and having, having her ult do a base damage (scaling with attack ad and ap like her hate spikes) and then 15% (ap scaling) to go to her shield. I was also thinking that her q you should not have to activate but instead what it should do is go towards the thing you last attacked in the past 3 - 5 seconds. Also maybe a new skin would be nice, she looks alot like a stripper lul.

I would love to read some feed back on how you think they could make her even better then the Evil Evelynn she is.

The reason I think she needs to be buffed is that I think she is missing some key opponents in her that would make her one of the great champions again, thank you for your time.

u know maybe leave the Q as a toggle instead? like incase u want to save mana.

i used to main eve jungle awhile ago but i stopped playing her on her last patch. she just feels so useless now so i dont waste my time with her.

I do think Eve needs a little buff, but not so much as adding scaling onto her shield. I feel like she needs to be able to execute with her ult, maybe add Attack Damage scaling onto it. She definitely needs another skin, as do many older champs (like Zilean, who has gotten one... never. >.> ). I think her stealth could stay as is, but I think the production of a skin would begin to make her more popular already.
