The Bandit and the Lawman, Yin and Pirin
There was once an enforcer, a young man, who was kind and just, he cared for nothing more than his older brother. There was also a bandit, a young woman who had been orphaned in Ionia, in Noxus she made a living off of robbing and killing, but these two's lives would be entwined. One day the bandit killed a man who was only transporting goods to the market, and when news of his brother reached the lawman he cried and greaved, but greaving and crying weren't enough, his heart wanted revenge, he tracked the woman, as she fled. The lawman chased the bandit out of Noxus, the bandit evaded capture in Demacia, outmaneuvered the lawman in the Shuriman desert. Until one day they met in Ionia, where the lawman cornered the bandit in a circle of runes. The lawman raised his blade, but with each strike he grew more and more enraged, more and more blind, until he finally stood over the woman he had dedicated three years to killing, but his vengeance blinded him from the runic stones' glowing, and as he prepared to strike her down he was struck by glowing blue energy from the runes, Pirin was swept away from the physical plane, leaving the bandit to escape. Seven years later, on that same day, the lawman rose from the runes, again enslaved by his vengeance. So is the story of the bandit and the lawman.
Firstly on their appearances, Yin wears a suit of black leather half-plate, she also wears a green cloak, slung over her left shoulder (her firing arm), Yin's weapon is a sling-fire old fashioned rifle, which she normally wields like a club, when firing with her passive or Q Yin fires from a standard firing stance, however, while using her ultimate she rapidly fires and reloads similarly to how Arnold Schwarzenegger fires in the second terminator movie. During her W Yin suddenly flashes green for just a moment, while the effect is clear it's not meant to be too flashy.
Pirin's appearance is slightly more exuberant, he appears to be an ethereal blue figure with glowing eyes and an ornate white cloak with a dark blue trim, at Pirin's waist are a Noxian-made shortsword and a small old-fashioned pistol, except for these three items Pirin is completely spectral. During Pirin's Q he winds up, as if preparing for a punch, during which his left hand (non-dominant) burns with blue flames, before he reaches out, unleashing the three spectral chains, during Pirin's W he flashes bright blue while entering and exiting the border ethereal, and his screen glows blue during the duration, meanwhile the passive effect looks like a blue triangle floating over the enemy, which bursts into flames while ignited. During his E Pirin simply draws his pistol and fires, with little notable flair to the animation. During Pirin's ultimate he and the cursed target both crackle with blue energy, and he, his target, and all nearby champions hear Pirin scream like a banshee upon casting it.
Pirin and Yin both would have many interactions with one-another, such as Yin asking how Pirin's still alive on first encounter, or Pirin shouting that Yin would never be safe when the game begins, additionally when Yin taunts Pirin she'd apologize for what she'd done, to which Pirin would angrily shout that the only apology he wanted was for her to suffer. Pirin would have a particular respect for vastaya, commenting to them at times that 'Your people are the reason I got my second chance, for that I owe you.' Pirin wouldn't have much care about Noxians, seeing them as his people, but not thinking much of him. Meanwhile Yin would show respect to other criminals, and perhaps she may have a line for Ionian champions about how all they ever brought her was loneliness and a wraith.
Please tell me what you think of these two bottom-lane champions, and give me your suggestions
