So the champ concept is meant to be a melee AD-Carry. Please tell me what you think, I always enjoy reading your feedback

Cool stuff. I wish there was more hex-tech stuff in the game. (Whats the name of the genre/theme of hex-tech? Its not steam punk, but what is it? Sci-fi-Fantasy? Maybe it is steam punk???)
Love the mace and drone abilities.
But the E and Ult just seem like a gun, I would hope a hex-tech artificer could make something more interesting than a gun. I don't really have any other ideas myself tho.
“Wonder what powers that big structure thingy. Wonder what I can do with it.”
Hopefully Jakob is clever enough to make something other than a gun :)

I'm glad you like the Q and W, I agree the E could use some changes since it's meant to be a simple ability to counterbalance the W which is kinda overloaded. As for the ult I can also see what you mean but I just really love the concept of spraying down the enemy from across the map, maybe a different flavour of it could do. I'll keep in touch with you and check for feedback on any new concepts I have for those abilities.
Side note: I generally think of hextech as steampunk with slightly different tech, since Piltover's culture is near identical to what you'd see in a steampunk novel

I'm trying to think of anything hex-tech that could also be global. (Personally I don't like global ults, but thats just me).
Maybe hex-tech spider-mines? With the drones, does that make him too beast master than artificer?
Maybe hex-tech moles that drill up through the ground? Same problem...
For the ult could the drones pick him up, and he is "hovering" (move speed buff and ghosted) and his E has a super short cooldown? Too make it global he could jetpack him self super far, like Pantheon ult, but instead of landing the drones catch him and then he's there hovering and raining down fire???

I'd say the beastmaster worry isn't a big problem since as a person who plays D&D I feel like artificers and mechanical pets are a pretty iconic duo, the jetpack thing is one I'm uncertain about since it feels very odd with the 'feel' that the rest of the kit tries to give. A global movement could work to get him into a fight, but I think I read somewhere that Riot doesn't like ADCs who can splitpush, and that ult will let him do just that and then show up for the teamfight, too. I do like the idea of sending three drill-mines that burrow to the area and then come up and stay there for a while before blowing up

So I've reworked the E and the Ult into abilities that seemed better, I took the drill idea to heart as a way to reasonably try to trade in lane or to zone off enemies. The ult I'll admit I went a bit overboard on, but I loved the idea of an having a collection of tools to use creatively, like a build-a-combo booth of sorts. Tell me what you think

I like it!
You're probably right about the ult being a bit overloaded. But hey, this is idea time not balance time :)
If the ult does prove overloaded and/or clunky, there are probably some easy ways to slice up the ult to make it not have 3 casts. It could be just two parts, R1 is the blink and R2 is the hextech bracer part. Then the ground effect could trigger on:
