Academy Ekko Spells

Was just wondering should Ekko's new skin gets a greenish tint on his spells? His regular skin's spells are all blue, including his time shadow, but in the Academy splash art Ekko's background helpers are clearly green.

Riot did this with xerath - making his spells tint with each color-theme - so can you guys do this with Ekko too please? I want green spells :D
