What if we could vote on new champions in development?

After giving my two cents in the Nautilus lore update post, I couldn't help but feel as if I was really participating in the development process of one of the coolest champions in League. So why not go further with this? I would be beyond ecstatic if I had an opportunity to further influence the shaping of the cast of League. Runeterra has an unimaginably vast potential to deliver champions beyond our wildest dreams, so why not let us dream out loud? I propose that projects in the works be carefully PARTIALLY revealed, and the competing ideas for their development be made available to be voted on. Perhaps the excitement and privilege of crafting champions should be reserved by Rito (I sure wouldn't share that kind of awesomeness, if I'm being honest), but perhaps a little dose of player's fantasies could help a bit. Thoughts, anyone?
