Cassiopeia W And Akali W

I am a Cassiopeia main and I've put up with this bug for too long. Every time I play against an Akali, she casts her W while on my miasma. I understand that Akali can blink a short distance when she casts her W, so why is she allowed to cast it while she has the miasma grounding debuff? If Amumu can't even Q on it, why does Akali get to blink on it?

Because there are two effects to Akali's w, the blink and the shroud. When she uses Twilight Shroud in Miasma, she cannot utilize the blink, but it still places the shroud. This is not a bug is is working as intended
