Back at it with Viridis! So this is Liais's brother, and Aurelion Sol's much darker son that thinks humanity is a complete failure and it needs to be extinct. He and his brother Liais constantly duel across the universe which is why they have the same Dueling passive.

Passive: Celestial Lineage (Viridis) Standered Passive: Chaining abilities that HAVE TO LAND can stack up to 25-50 Bonus AP per level. For every ability hit, gives him bonus magic penetration per level. (scales up to 18 bonus magic penetration)

PASSIVE: ETERNAL DUEL Passive Stage 1: When gets the first kill between him and Liais without a assist, he gets 20 Bonus AP. Passive Stage 2: When getting the second kill without a assist on Liais, Viridis receives Bonus Out of Combat Movement Speed Passive Stage 3: When killing Liais a third time without a assist, Viridis receives 5% bonus Magic penetration Passive Stage 4: When killing Liais a fourth time without a assist, Viridis receives 200 gold Passive Stage 5: When killing Liais a fifth time without a assist, Viridis receives 10% bonus damage against Liais

The main goal here is that he's a AP assassin. Nothing really new, he's very burst based and you'll see why in a moment.

Main Abilities:

Q: Meteor Shower (Skill shot) Active: Sends out a Meteor at 550 units of range Mana: 70 Mana Cooldown: 10/8/7/6/4

W: Celestial Retribution (Circle skill shot) Active- in a 700 unit diameter, Viridis stomps on the ground, causing the ground to rise up and anything in a 200 unit diameter takes full AP damage but no knock up, from the 201-450 unit diameter, Andromeda deal 50% AP damage but knocks up enemies for .5 seconds. From 451-700 unit diameter, there is 20% AP damage but a 1.5 second knock up. Mana: 40 Mana Cooldown- 15/13/12/11/9

E: Ionic Blink (just click) Passive: For every ionic blink you do resets the cooldown of Meteor Shower E: Ionic Blink Active- Can jump to any targetable item (Champion [ally or enemy], Minion, or jungle plant) for a range of 420 units which also gives him a %50 AP ratio sheild. If he does it without a target, his range is decresed to 320 units without a sheild. Base Mana Required- 80 Mana Required for both jumps- 100 Cooldown- 15/12/9/6

R: To Atoms! (Think: Xerath ultimate, but one shot) Active- A meteor falls from the sky and hits a single target doing AP damage. Enemy champion can be targeted at 950 units in diameter and does execution damage. Mana: 100 Cooldown- 110/80/60

Before all of you start screaming OP, he literally has almost identical cool downs to his brother. Almost all his damage will come from his passive or items. Most of my champion designs that I will be working on will have be predominately skill shot based because I know the frustrations of point-click abilities that can one shot. I actually don't think this champion is op at all. His kit seems like it would have a decent balance but honestly though, there really doesn't seem to be anything in his kit that is very unique that stands out for this champion
