Deep in the mountain of Freijord there lives a Yordle, Unlike any other Yordle this ones survives rough environment by creating rough environments. With his swarm he seeks to fit in with everyone else but yet an outcast by his ability's.

Passive - Swarm Fenri gets a Maximum health shield for each swarm counter up, Fenri needs Swarm in order to use any skills. For each Swarm counter Fenri gains 10% AP as health Max swarm counters is 50 (with new meta 600 is average AP this means 3000 health is max) Dying resets swarm counter, taking damage loses 1 swarm for each 100 health of damage taken Killing enemy minion grants 1 swarm Killing large monsters grants 5 swarms killing monsters grants 2 swarms Killing champions/dragon grants 10 swarms

Q - Stinger Costs: 50/60/70/80/100 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Damage per 5 seconds: (%AP x Swarm) 1/2/3/4/5 (max damage at 600 ap = 1500 magic dmg if he can get full stacks) Deals area of effect damage and lasts 5 seconds

W - Medical Bites Costs: 60/65/70/80/100 Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 Heal per 5 seconds: (%AP x Swarm) 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 Heals a 500 radius for 5 seconds

E - Lethal Insects Speed %: 5/10/15/20/25 Lifesteal %: 2/4/6/8/10 Basic attacks can Lifesteal and Slow for 2 seconds also basic attacks may act as traps, if Fenri didn't attack anyone, Fenri may spend 1 swarm to place a basic attack bug that will basic attack any enemies that encounters it.

R - Mass Extinction Costs: Total Swarm Damage: (Swarm x magic damage) 10/30/50 (+10% AP) (If you cant math, the max damage available is 50 - 2500) Takes away all swarm stacks from Fenri to create a large explosion that snares all enemy that encounters with it for 3 seconds and deals heavy damage

The trouble with this is that even tho Fenri can do massive damage if ignored, its highly impossible to sustain max stacks. If pushed to the edge, Fenri can be a complete losing point, so going against Fenri, you have to play aggressively. if you play agreesivly then Fenri has no chance to push back. but one slip up can cost a disaster. This champ is all about slip ups and aggressive playing
