This is utterly fantastic, and I need this.

I might recommend slimming the tire profile though -- while I love the big tires, I think they increase Hecarim's model size more than some of the slimmer options in your experimental sketches do. Specifically the 2nd and 3rd in the upper left of Sketches 1 and the top two on the right of Sketches 2 seem closer to his normal model size.

The licence plate is a nice touch. Dice might be an animation nightmare being on the weapon though.

It'd probably be a 3k rp skin with all the graphical changes, only problem I see is the missed opportunity of the R being multiple off road racers racing each other instead of just his usual after-images. ...upvoting anyways tho
