LoL skins for retired legends?

I was sitting at my desk watching the dyrus retirement video when the comment came up "we should have retired lcs players skins" and quite frankly I think it would be great. A Nidalee HotshotGG tribute skin or a Reginald Karthus skin just seems fitting. I think like a LoL hall of fame should be in order and giving LoL hall of famers a skin should happen IMO.

Thoughts?
