Where's the Aatrox rework?

If I remember correctly, an Aatrox rework was in the works at some point last year. What happened? Because let's be honest, his kit has too much right now. CC in the form of a knockup (albeit very inconsistent), ranged poke, super sustain, AS steroids, a revive, etc. Because of this he is either very very very strong when buffed, or he is nerfed in almost every aspect of his kit. In this case, it's more of the latter. He has become kind of a Jack of all Trades, Master of None in this situation, the problem is he does a below average job on pretty much everything he does.

So I'd just like to ask what the plans look like for our Darkin friend? Are you still finding a concept for him? Is a rework concept found already and you're just searching for the correct kit? Or do you not have plans to rework him at this time? I'd like to see your insights in this matter.
