Custom Skins to be added to League of Legends

We all know about custom skins. They are a pretty highly controversial issue right now, with talk about them getting removed. I think this shouldn't happen. Custom skins don't hurt the game and may be the sole reason some people play the game, or are so passionate about it. I think incorporating custom skins into the game could be a big step in the community shaping the game. I think if some custom skins were added to the actual game, this could benefit both riot and the creator. Here's how. Suppose, every month, rioters picked a list of their favorite custom skins. They would then create a poll for players to vote for their favorite custom skin on the list. Every month, the top skin (which would be appropriate, since rioters would have chosen all the skins on the list,) would be added to the game. Riot would pay the creator of the skin %10 of the revenue it makes. This would both boost the love for custom skins, increase the level on which they are designed, and make players closer to the game. Of course, this is just a system prototype. The custom skins could be chosen once a year, with more than one picked, once every few months, etc. The only three points I insist on are keeping custom skins, adding several to the game, to excite players as well as freshen up the minds of both riot skin creators and players, and lastly give some of the revenue to the creator, so they can fund themselves in creation of more things fo rour wonderful community. Please consider this, for all the custom skin creators and users.
