Permanently banned? When I log in I'm told I was permabanned for using 3rd party software

I have no idea what's going on and I'm kinda freaking out. I log in and it says my account was banned for using 3rd party applications, which I have never used. I have no idea what's going on and it's not telling me any more. I changed my username around 4 days ago and idk if this is connected. Please let me know what's happening I really really don't like this.

Like he said, you should contact support in that case, and not let them go until the issue is resolved.

I got the same issue, there was just no way I was hacking or using scripting tools, I believe that it was because I was changing the vpn server I was connected to during a game because of high pings, I hope Riot can really look into this because I don't think using vpn is a crime.
