Ability on a support champ.

I thought about this yesterday. Braum has a shield that can block just about anything, and Yasuo has a windwall. There should be a skillshot added that can block anything. The skillshot would be about as thick and as long as an Ezreal Q, but move a lot slower. If it touches enemies it would do minimal damage a tick, about as much as a level one Malzahar E, and scale off of AP (0.3 scaling or so).

I feel like the damage is unnecessary and it sounds hard to code this thing to properly block AA from the side.

Apart from that it sounds like a good ability for a water, wind or darkness thematic.
