So since they are putting Championship Riven as for perfect pick for the world's pick em event. Does that mean she won't be coming to the store ever?

Why should she come back in store? TBH. I don't think any of the championship skins should come back in store. Once they're gone they should be gone. Gives having played in that season a little more value.
No, they've said maybe in the future. And it takes 4 years, so possibly next year.
