Riven Ult Q Particle Missing

I don't have a video to show but there is a fair amount of Riven Mains talking about how Riven's 1st Q on her ult isn't showing any of the particle effects. Was this intentional? We have a temporary fix for now but can we have it fixed in game than using Wooxy? This only affects all her skins except CS Riven (Championship Riven) and DB Riven (Dragonblade Riven).
