A spark of light, an ball of cute, it's Luxanna Crownguard. I'm going to do a "possible skill rework", having her be a mix of Support and Fighter.

Ult: Switch Mode (Lux's new ultimate. Rather than merely a rainbow beam of blargh, this allows Luxanna to switch between 3 forms, Light Form, Dark Form, and Ikaruga Form and refill 40/50/60% of your max mana. With each switch, you can expend Light, Shadow, or Balanced stacks to reduce the cooldown for the next switch. And for those wondering, Light has a max cap of 20, Shadow has 30, and Balance has 10.)

Light Form (This form of Lux's powers have her same skills, and even her passive stays the same. Of the 3 forms, this has balance for both Attack and Mana. However, she gains Light stacks, allowing faster cooldowns, but increases the Mana cost of her skills.)

Dark Form (This form of Lux's power focuses on pure power, and has a passive that can give more mana for her combos. Having such power, the skills use a LOT of mana.)

DK Passive: Power to Spare (This passive locks Lux's current Ability Power, and when leveling up in this form, whatever amount the ability power would increase, the mana cap will increase with that amount alongside her natural mana cap amount increase)

DK Q: Shadow Claws (This attack allows her to strike multiple times with the dark energy within her and the Shadow Isles. With each press of the Q, Lux will gain more Shadow stacks, increasing both her ability power and mana cost for the attack for 4 seconds.)

DK W: Look Behind You (This skill allows you to counterattack and parry enemy autos, appearing behind them and dealing lots of damage. Like with Shadow Claws and Darkness Wave, she will gain Shadow stacks.)

DK E: Darkness Wave (Lux starts spinning around, causing a AoE wave of energy that last for as long as you hold down the E, gaining Shadow stacks with every second.)

Ikaruga Form (Balancing the two powers within her, Lux unleashes a flurry of helpful spells...but due to her powers counteracting each other, her power becomes weakened. Despite the low power, the spells don't use much mana.)

IF Passive: Oath of Mana (This passive locks Lux's mana cap. When leveling up in Ikaruga form, the mana cap increase is used for Ability Power increase.)

IF Q: Rejuvenation (Lux balances the energies of her allies, healing them. For every 50 points of life, Lux gains Balance, decreasing the Mana cost, but increasing the cooldown on her skills.)

IF W: Lightspeed (Enhancing her powers, Lux increases her movement and attack speed for 3 seconds. For each Auto Attack, she gains a stack of Balance)

IF E: Cover Sight (Using the Ikaruga power she has, Lux turns any nearby ally (or herself) invisible for 8 seconds. If a invisible ally (or you) kills 10 minions or a enemy champion, you will gain a stack of Balance)

Questions:

Q: What idea did you have for this skill redesign? A: I had encountered a Jak and Daxter SSB movelist, and chose to revolve Lux's skills around her normal skills, dark skills (akin to Dark Jak), and balanced skills (like Light Jak)

Q: Why didn't you change Lux's normal skills? A: Regarding the whole "Normal Lux" thing, I chose to keep those skills and offers Lux players their normal bread and butter.

Q: Another risk/reward passive? A: It's a thing of mine. This gives Lux players more options in combat, and allows multiple form switching

Q: Is this overpowered? A: Not exactly...for starters, Lux's IF Q doesn't heal her, and her Switch Form doesn't fill up her health. Second is that Lux's Dark Form and Light Form have stacks that increases mana cost, but offers different rewards.
