How do you even get it? Do you have to be in gold or what?

Championship skins are simply sold around Worlds. I'm unsure of the price, but it'll be RP.

Victorious skins are given to Gold+ players.

Edit: Also, Championship skins except for Riven are Legacy, so can be received through Mystery Skins. They also may return in future bundles and sales. (Riven is classified as Limited currently and does not)
