Olaf Rework Idea Concept

Olaf This is a Concept Idea for a ability remake for olaf with a new concept idea for him. Some of the abilities like E (Reckless Swing), may be unchanged or just edited a little bit

Passive: Berserker Strenght

For each axe weilded, Olaf gains 2/4/6% Attack Speed and 3/6/9% lifesteal. (Maximum of 2 axe weilded)

Q: Undertow, RANGE: 400 / 1000, SPEED: 1550, COST: 60 MANA & 1Axe, COOLDOWN: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 >ACTIVE: Olaf throws one of his axes to the target location, dealing physical damage to all enemies it passes through and slow them for 1.5 - 2.5seconds based on the distance the axe traveled.

>**PASSIVE**: Olaf gains 2/4/6/8/10% bonus movement speed when moving towards his thrown axe.

>Each thrown axe remove 1 weilded axe.
>The axe remains at the target location until Olaf pick up the axe to reduce Undertow's cooldown by 2 seconds or upon visiting the fontain. 
>The axe sticks to terrain upon colliding with it.

>**PHYSICAL DAMAGE**: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 100% bonus AD)
>**SLOW**: 29 / 33 / 37 / 41 / 45%

W: Vicious Strikes, COST: 30 MANA, COOLDOWN: 20 >ACTIVE: For 5 seconds, Olaf gains bonus attack speed, and deal magic damage per basic attack, and 0.5% enhanced healing and health regeneration from all sources per 1% of his missing health.

>**PASSIVE**: Olaf gains 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4 / 0.5% bonus attack speed per 1% of his missing health.

>**BONUS ATTACK SPEED**: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%
>**Magic Damage**: 7.5 / 15 / 22.5 / 30 / 37.5 (+ 7.5% AP)

E: Reckless Swing, RANGE: 325, COST: 21 / 34.5 / 48 / 61.5 / 75 (+ 12% AD) HEALTH, COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8

ACTIVE: Olaf deals true damage to the target enemy.

>Reckless Swing heals Olaf for its health cost if it kills its target, and its cooldown is reduced by 1 second every time Olaf lands a basic attack.

>**TRUE DAMAGE**: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 40% AD)
>if olaf weild 1axe the damage applied will be 70% of the normal true damage, but if he weild no axe he will be dealing 40% of the damage.

R: Ragnarok, COOLDOWN: 100 / 90 / 80 >PASSIVE: Olaf gains bonus armor and magic resistance while Ragnarok is inactive.

>**PASSIVE**: Olaf heals by 5 / 7.5 / 10% (+ 2.5% AD) of his target max health if he kills its target while Ragnarok is active.

>**ACTIVE**: Olaf cleanses himself of all crowd control and becomes immune to it for 4 seconds, gaining bonus attack damage for the duration. For the first second of Ragnarok, he also gains bonus movement speed when moving towards nearby visible enemy champions.

>**BONUS RESISTANCES**: 10 / 20 / 30
>**BONUS AD**: 30 / 40 / 50 AD
>**BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED**: 40 / 50 / 60%

The concept of the weilded axe came to my mind with his Undertow ability with the new grave ammo system.

Um. I'm sorry do not the like the idea. Right now his q, e, ult is perfectly nice. However his general passive and w needs to be changed. Since he is pretty much a viking... Hm maybe make his ult his w then make his ult called " warriors death" and what it does is... when he gets close to dying a certain percentage... his stats get boosted pretty much like a tri-force ult but they get boosted to a certain amount could be lower than the item tri-force boost or higher. Could make his new w that was his old ult the same still cost of 100 mana and his new ult cost of 100 mana. passive on his new ult is he gets a passive as boost but only when he is hitting something.

I see no need to rework Olaf, though I do like your Q idea. I would change it in one regard though: FISTS DO NOT EQUAL AXES "When Olaf wields no axes, he will do only 10% of his total attack damage on basic attacking until he has an axe again." This will make you think twice on just spamming Q from a range, and instead throwing one, charging at them, and throwing another immediately. Additionaly, I would change E to have the effect: HE'S TOO RECKLESS "If Olaf has two axes, Olaf will spend one on use of Reckless Swing, dealing 50% more damage. If this kills the target, the axe is refunded immediately." This gives you even more of a reason to use your axes wisely, and gives him more direct burst in the middle or at the start of a fight. I would finally change his ultimate to fit the previous changes: MORE AXES "When activated with no axes, Olaf will instantly gain two, even if there are two on the field. This allows Olaf to essentially throw four axes in a row if he can pick them up, or stick an enemy with three axes for a whopping 150% bonus damage. The extra axes disappear from the field when the effect ends."
