We've got (finally!) an evil teemo skin!
So we need the "good" veigar skin

Just an idea--
We've got prevoid kassadin and malzahar as well as some other champion skins that show a different possible timeline for them.
Lets have a skin of what veigar looked like before he was imprisoned by noxus!
Not only would this be cool, but we could finally get a glimpse of whats under that big hat ;).. because right now for all we know hes just a floating black orb with glowing eyes in a suit.
He should probably be wearing some sort of merchant attire, and his spells could be light-colored (good) instead of the usual dark colored look.
The splash art would probably show him in prison or something.
