Give Mecha Xerath a turbine core ala Gipsy Danger that spins depending on his actions. Imagine if he shot his Arcanopulse out of it, or his ult?

I'll admit, this is not bad. I never really though about Xerath skins despite he already has a Battlecast skin and other ones that look similar, these skins at least have some more features to note.
