As a riot customer i want to chime with my two cents. I have played your game for a few years and spent well over 1000 US Dollars and would like to give you a little feedback on your store and sales. I believe that changing your sales system from before where new skins would go on sale for a small discount was completely wrong way to go. I used to get so excited when new skins came out and i felt like it was a deal to give me a small discount for being a loyal customer but now I have to pay full price for a champion skin that i already have a few skins for. I literally have no incentive to buy anymore since i could say well 1350 for x skin that is way to much then a few months rolls around and i no longer even need or want since i have lost interest.

tldr new sales system where skins are full priced then go on sale a few months later is making you lose some of my business. tldr of the tldr: old sales system gud new sales system bad

example i own 4 Soraka skins Divine, Dyrad, Reaper, and Order of the Banana... when full price program comes out im like nah i already have enough skins for Soraka but if it was discounted i might think about it. If the skin is no longer hype and it goes on sale im like bleh ignore.

tldr; Before: only 1350 came out at reduced prices. After: 520, 750, 975, AND 1350 have a sale period where they are reduced, but as a trade off, you wait a while.

The whole point that i tried to argue is that usually for me when i already have a skin for every champion that "wait a while" makes me not buy them because its no longer hyped thus losing my business.
