1000 Referral Items

I'm hoping to get 1000 referrals, which is a monumental undertaking, but eventually I can do it. My friend Chargedmedal3 might do the same. Are will allowed to choose some stats of our items? For instance, Charged Medal III with a passive or active that chains lightning but not with the same passive as Statikk. Are we allowed to choose that kind of stuff?

I would want mine to be something like a Rabadon's DC, for health or anything that isn't magical. Any ideas for the name of it? I think maybe Darkened Planet Fragment or something.
