A little Alistar Rework Idea

Ali's E really does not fit with his kit. Ali is a tank that engages and sponge enemy damage. Late game his E is only 180 with a negligible AP ratio. Meaning it won't even mean much after you engage. My proposition is to switch Triumphant Roar and Trample.

His new passive would be like this: After enduring years as a gladiator in the Fleshing, Alistar is able to recover faster when in combat.

5-10% (Depends on level) Missing HP healed when obtaining 20 Endurance Charges Gain 5 charge when QWE are used Gain 20 charge when using R Gain 1 charge when enemy minnion dies near Alistar Gain 10 charge when enemy champion or large monster dies near Alistar Over draft charges will not carry over to the next passive proc. ex. 19/20 charges + R = 0/20 charges + 1 passive proc

New E: Alistar stampedes ignoring some ranged damage and causing magic damage to enemies near him.

Create an indicator around Ali, similar to Poppy's ring, but a smaller. Any ranged damage fired outside of the indicator will be reduced by 10-20% Deal 7-24 damage + 1.5% Ali's Current HP to enemies inside the ring (Damage structures, Double damage on minions and monsters) Last for 7s 40-65 MANA, 15s Cooldown

Honestly though, if you run Windspeaker's on Alistar, the heals in team fights actually come in handy because of the extra Armor/MR it grants, even if te heals are minor, I find it still helps quite a bit
