Nevil, The Insatiate Connoisseur

Lore: Nevil is one of the best known noblemen of Bandle City. He is practically a celebrity in all of the Yortles' lives. His history, though, didn't start from a noblemen family. In fact, his family was quit poor.

When Nevil was a little Yortle, he always loved to eat. He had an insatiable appetite, and sadly, his parents couldn't afford his favorite foods, nor put enough food on the table for him. While Nevil studied in the Bandle City school, he had chosen to be a salesman for pastries. Though, he was not happy with the little pay he received.

One day, Nevil was visited by another salesman. He gave him an apple. 'Tell me how this tastes, is it good for selling?' The yortle asked. Nevil took a bite, and loved it so much that he gobbled the whole thing up. 'Delicious.' He responded. So the day passed on. Finally, as he closed his shop, the same salesman visited him. 'Thanks to you, I earned triple the pay I usually get! Thanks to your taste in food.' The man said. Nevil was pretty proud of himself.

The day after, two yortles approached him and offered him a job that made him into the yortle he is today. They said for him to become the first Yortle Connoisseur. He quickly took the job, and told his parents.

Very near the present, Nevil had become very rich and famous in Bandle City. Though, Veigar was always causing trouble in Bandle City, targeting public places, and killing many yortles. Nevil invented something new. He invented a way of defending himself, through food.

With a lot of help from a Fae Sorceress, Nevil was able to weaponize his food products, and be able to defend Bandle City from its threats.

**Passive:**Nutrition Every time a move is used, some pieces of food will hit the floor. If Nevil runs and stands over it, he will gain (+20) health and (+10) mana.

**Q:**The Pie Delicacy **Mana Cost:**60 mana **Range:**1100 **Cool Down:**4/5/6 seconds Nevil throws a strawberry pie at his opponent. If Nevil throws his pie and a minion is in front of the actually targeted champion, the pie will hit the minion dealing physical damage 75/110/165/200/245 (+95%/105%/115% bonus Attack Damage) to the hit enemies. Though, when the pie makes contact with unit it hit, the jam will splatter on to the unit behind it, dealing half the actual damage.

**W:**Leftovers **Mana Cost:**No Cost **Range:**No Range **Cool Down:**No Cool Down Every 50 attacks, weather it is an auto attack or his Q, E, or R, will allow Nevil to use his Q, E, or R, twice. The second time will cost no mana.

**E:**Meat and Chicken Skewer **Mana Cost:**70 mana **Range:**1600 **Cool Down:**6/7/8/9 seconds Nevil throws a skewer with meat and chicken on it, impaling the opponent. The skewer will hit the targeted unit. Once the skewer hits the opponent it will deal physical damage 80/130/180/240/290 (+ 110%/130% bonus Attack Damage) to the hit enemies. The enemies will be slowed for 2.3 seconds.

**R:**Prize Winning Red Hot Radish **Mana Cost:**100 mana **Range:**900 **Cool Down:**100/110/120 Nevil throws a humongous Red Radish that will hit the targeted opponent dealing physical damage 145/225/340/460 (+120% bonus Attack Damage) to hit enemies. The enemies will be stunned for 1.8 seconds.
