Vel'Koz new skin idea

Vel'Koz could use a skin. Maybe Riot could make The Kraken Vel'Koz? His tentacles are octopus tentacles and his eyes are mouths. Due to his joke, (how he juggles his eyes) it might have to change a bit cause he won't have the eyes.

Q: His Q will be a water ball (Like Pool Party Rek'Sai's Q while burrowed.) and then it splits into two other ones.

W: His W will be a blue version of his formal W, except that it will not have a vision of the void within the little fault he creates, it will be the depths of the ocean.

E: His E will come in with a little blue bubble and then the actual move becomes a big bubble's that pops.

R: Vel'Koz opens his mouth and shoots a blue beam full of water and blood from the people that he eats.

I think that this would be a great skin for Vel'Koz, and if Riot tweaks it up a bit, then it would be a great idea.
